◆Request for Disclosure of Personal Information

In principle, the individual in question may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, revision, addition or deletion, discontinuation of use, elimination, or stoppage of provision of the registered personal information to third parties (Related inquiries may be submitted via the form linked to below). However, the Company may refuse the request when the life, health, property or other interests of the individual or a third party may be harmed, when it may seriously disrupt the Company's legitimate provision of products and/or services, or when doing so would be a violation of other laws. Additionally, the Company may refuse the request in the event that discontinuing use of the personal information in question or provision of it to third parties would incur a considerable cost or would be difficult to accomplish and alternative measures are implemented to protect the rights and interests of the individual.

◆Verification of Identity

When responding to requests to disclose, revise, delete or discontinue use of personal information, the Company will verify the individual's identity with personally identifiable information (name, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail address, membership number, password, etc.). However, the Company accepts no liability for cases where someone other than the individual in question obtains personally identifiable information.

The Company shall work to ensure the accurate processing of personal information it receives. However, it shall be the individual's responsibility to ensure that the personal information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

◆Restriction Against Collection of Sensitive Personal Information

In principle, the Company shall not collect information that includes the following. However, in the event that the individual provides it voluntarily, the Company shall deem such action as consent.

2.Information that could lead to social discrimination such as race, ethnicity, lineage, permanent domicile (unless it is the same as the current address), physical or mental disability, or criminal record
3.Information pertaining to the right of workers to organize and to bargain and act collectively
4.Information on participation in collective industrial action or on exercising of right of petition or any other political right
